Privacy notice
Plain words about what we hold, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
HarveyDavid Ltd, trading as Eclipse, is the controller. Registered in England and Wales. ICO registration reference: [to be inserted on completion of HUMAN-008].
Rights requests and questions: privacy@runeclipse.com.
Business outreach
We contact organisations, not private individuals. Before any outreach the recipient organisation is checked against the Companies House register as a limited company or LLP. Sole traders, partnerships and anyone we cannot verify are not cold-contacted.
Lawful basis: the corporate-subscriber provisions of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and our legitimate interest in offering services to businesses that may want them. What we hold about a contact: name, role, work email address, the organisation, and public information about that organisation.
Every message carries a working opt-out. Opting out suppresses the address immediately and globally across everything Eclipse runs, and that record is kept permanently so we never contact you again by mistake.
Enquiries
When you use the enquiry form we keep what you typed, the consent wording you agreed to and when. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying or by using the opt-out page.
Clients
For clients we process the information needed to deliver the service under the engagement agreement. Client campaign data is held separately per client and never mixed.
Where data lives
Data is stored in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Model providers used for drafting are selected by region, and no personal data is sent to providers outside those regions for any workload that touches it.
Retention
Outreach contact records are reviewed and removed on a rolling schedule set in our retention policy. Suppression and consent records are kept permanently, because they are what protects you. Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is live and for a limited period after.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email the address above. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
